I remember a friend of mine, who was on his first visit to US in 1998. He was in his mid twenties. Got into my car and tried to drop a bag of garbage on the road...!
My question - Why don't people know that it is not ok to litter on the roads? I mean even the educated masses.! What's wrong.!
